Now Hiring - Inside Sales Lead in Ontario, NY

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Inside Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding service and attention to customers by providing information about our products and services, generating material quotes and orders, purchasing, and through any other means to meet their needs, including following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an upbeat attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly on their feet.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers.
• Provide accurate information to customers in a timely manner.
• Quote and order entry.
• Special order purchasing and material sourcing.
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
